For Government & Primes

Services and research outcomes, delivered under contract.

We do not sell robots — to agencies, to primes, or to anyone.

DroidDepot is a managed-services and applied-research company. What government and its primes buy under contract is serviced outcomes: logistics supported, facilities kept working, shifts covered, and research performed and documented. DroidDepot delivers those outcomes using commercial robots from established manufacturers as tools inside a managed service — the way a facilities prime delivers a serviced building using equipment it did not manufacture. The robot is our tool. It is never our product.

For Primes — your robot arm, inside your contract

A subcontracted capability inside contracts you already hold. Never a rival bid.

If you hold the facility, logistics, or services contract, DroidDepot works inside it — as your robot arm, under your contract, at your site, reported as your deliverable.

The entry point is a 60-day, single-zone proof inside your existing contract and rate structure: one zone, one job, operated by us, with a weekly proof-of-work report formatted so you can hand it to your customer as your own deliverable. No new procurement for your customer. No new vendor fight. White-label if you prefer it.

We never bid against our primes. That is a standing rule, not a negotiating position. A prime that puts us inside a contract gets an operating capability and a documented proof; it never gets a competitor.

For primes, the entry point is a 60-day, single-zone proof inside your existing contract — distinct from the 90-Day Managed Proof for facility operators.

For Agencies — two contracted lanes

1

Managed facility and logistics services

Covered shifts delivered as a service and measured against agreed metrics: stacking and internal movement, delivery support, and facility coverage work, operated daily by DroidDepot with insurance, maintenance, teleoperation support, and a weekly proof-of-work report as the deliverable. Agencies contract for the outcome and the evidence, not for a machine.

2

Applied R&D through Real2Robot

Real2Robot is DroidDepot's research layer: take a task, simulate it against an existing robot, produce evidence of whether that robot can do the task, then produce training for that robot and task. Deployment and teleoperation evidence from real operated work is what feeds that pipeline — where a robot needed help, why, and what a human did to recover it. This is SBIR-shaped applied research: DroidDepot is pursuing the Department of War SBIR lane for this work, with topics in preparation for the current cycle. Research outcomes — evidence packs, simulation and training assets, documented results — are the deliverable.

Capability elements

  • Managed robot operations as a service: selection, deployment, daily operation, maintenance coordination, teleoperation support, and uptime reporting
  • Logistics and facility support outcomes under contract, measured against a baseline and agreed metrics
  • Teleoperation and human-in-the-loop operations for indoor, constrained environments
  • Applied research: task simulation, deployment-evidence capture, and simulation and training asset production (Real2Robot)
  • Federal systems and compliance fluency: Authority to Operate, Risk Management Framework, NIST 800-53 — from a founder who has delivered federal systems at national scale
  • Provider-neutral operation: commercial robots from established manufacturers, operated by DroidDepot — hardware stays OEM-owned or partner-sourced; what you buy from us is the serviced outcome, under contract

Common questions

Does the government or prime own the robots?

No. Hardware stays OEM-owned and partner-sourced. DroidDepot delivers the serviced outcome under contract.

How does a pilot work for contractors?

A 60-day, single-zone proof inside an existing contract.

How do we get the capability statement?

Request it through our Contact page.
