The 90-Day Managed Proof. We put a robot on one job at your site and operate it, end to end, for ninety days. Flat fee, fixed and capped, priced as scheduled hours at about fifteen dollars an hour. A baseline measured before we start. Pass/fail agreed in writing before Day 1: at least 95% of scheduled tasks completed, zero safety incidents, uptime logged daily. The Year-1 price agreed before Day 1. Half the pilot fee credited to Year 1 if you convert by Day 75. A written opt-out during Days 80–90.
You do not buy a robot. You do not house one, maintain one, or staff one. The machines stay owned by our OEM partners — rented, leased, or revenue-shared, with parts, maintenance, and monitoring carried in their line. If a machine is already yours, or you choose to buy one from its maker, we operate it just the same. What DroidDepot holds is the contract and the operating record — never a fleet.

You describe the job and send a walkthrough video of your site — the aisle, the dock, the route, the constraint. That video is our blueprint: it shows the space, the surfaces, the traffic, and the work itself, the way it actually happens.

We run your task in simulation first.
Before any machine ships anywhere, we rebuild your task digitally and run it against real robots — their actual mechanical models, reach, payload, and limits. Not a vendor's demo video: your task, their machine, tested.

You get the evidence pack.
A plain-language verdict for each candidate robot: proven for this task, workable with changes, or cannot do it — backed by success rates, cycle times, and the exact points where it failed. If the evidence says no robot earns the job, we tell you that too.

No robot fits — we build the one that does. When simulation proves no existing machine can do your task, DroidDepot designs a custom modular robot for it: only the reach, payload, and movement the task actually needs, nothing it doesn't — built small-batch with Florida manufacturing partners. Every design choice traces back to the evidence pack, so the build is specified by tested requirements, not by guesswork.

We measure the job as it runs today: tasks, hours, gaps, cost. No baseline, no start.

We run the job sixteen to eighteen hours a day, with insurance, maintenance, and teleoperation support carried by us.

You receive a weekly proof-of-work report: tasks completed against schedule, uptime, interventions, and safety. A report you can hand to your boss, your board, or your client.

Convert or exit
Convert by Day 75 and half the pilot fee is credited to Year 1. Or opt out in writing during Days 80–90. The exit is in the contract before Day 1.

The job is the unit, not the industry — the same covered shift works in a warehouse, a hospital, a hotel, or a school.

Every shift we operate is designed to be instrumented: where a robot needed help, why it needed help, and what a human did to recover it. Real2Robot is the layer built to turn that deployment evidence into simulation and training assets on the path to autonomy. Its first dataset comes from our first deployment — no data exists until then, and we will not claim otherwise.
That mechanism is why an operating company compounds: each deployment is intended to make the next one faster to stand up and sharper to price.
