For Facility Operators
The shifts your operation cannot staff, covered — and proved, every week.
DroidDepot operates commercial robots inside your facility as a managed service. One site, one job, ninety days. You buy worked shifts, not machines.
We sell the shift, covered, with a weekly proof-of-work report.
Own, rent, or lease the machine through our OEM partners — either way, we operate it and answer for the work with proof.
Your hardest problem is not equipment. It is the shift that does not get covered — stacking that backs up, dock work that waits, deliveries that do not run — because the people are not there at any wage you can pay.
The robots to do much of this work already exist, from many makers. What does not exist for most operators is anyone who will stand a machine up on their site, run it every day, carry the insurance and the operating risk, and prove the work happened — without asking them to buy a machine first.
That is the service DroidDepot sells. We operate. You get the work done, with a report.
Jobs we cover
- 1
Stacking, put-away, and replenishment. The core lane: keeping product moving to and from storage, on schedule, across long operating days.
- 2
Dock and trailer workflows. Staging, pallet movement, and loading support at the dock — the workflows where one unfilled shift backs up everything behind it.
- 3
Internal delivery and transport. Material, supplies, and goods moved inside the facility on a repeatable route, logged on every run.
- 4
Cleaning. Floor scrubbing and related floor coverage, as one job among several — operated, maintained, and reported like every other job on this page, not sold as a machine.
- 5
Healthcare and indoor support. A later indoor lane: delivery and support work in hospitals and other constrained indoor environments, teleoperated where the job requires a human in the loop.
- 6
Outdoor municipal work. A later lane, taken on selectively: grounds and municipal service support where the site, the route, and the risk fit an operated service.
The 90-Day Managed Proof
- One site, one job. We start narrow on purpose: one defined job, at one site, with one countable result.
- We run everything. Site assessment, robot selection, delivery, installation, mapping, training, insurance, maintenance, teleoperation support, and daily managed operation.
- Flat fee, fixed and capped. Priced as scheduled hours at about fifteen dollars an hour. No surprises, no capital expenditure, no robot purchase.
- Baseline before we start. We measure the job as it runs today before Day 1, so the result is judged against your reality, not our promise.
- Pass/fail in writing, agreed before Day 1. At least 95% of scheduled tasks completed, zero safety incidents, uptime logged daily.
- Year-1 price agreed before Day 1. You know the full conversion price before the pilot begins. No pilot ends in a surprise quote.
- Half the pilot fee credited on conversion. Convert by Day 75 and 50% of the pilot fee is credited to Year 1.
- Written opt-out, Days 80–90. The service converts at Day 90 unless you opt out in writing during Days 80–90. The exit is written down before we start, not negotiated after.
- Weekly proof-of-work report. Tasks against schedule, uptime, interventions, and safety — in a form you can hand to your boss, your board, or your client.
The risk sits with us. If the numbers do not beat your current cost for that work, you hold the report, the data, and an exit that was in the contract from the start.
For government & primes, the entry point is different: a 60-day, single-zone proof inside an existing contract.

We pick the machine that fits your site — we are not a dealer for any of them, we stock nothing, and the machines stay owned by our OEM partners: rented, leased, or revenue-shared. If a machine is already yours, we run it just the same.
FAQ
- Do you sell robots?
- You don't buy a robot from us — you buy covered shifts. If you want to own the machine too, we'll match you with the right one through our OEM partners and operate it for you. Ownership is your choice; the covered shift is the product either way.
- Who owns the robots?
- Our OEM partners do — rented, leased, or revenue-shared, with parts, maintenance, and remote monitoring carried in their line: the asset and its upkeep sit with the maker, the operation and its risk sit with us. If you already own a machine, or choose to buy one from its maker, we operate it on the same terms. What DroidDepot holds is the contract and the operating record — contracts and deployment evidence are our assets; a fleet is not.
- What do we own at the end of the pilot?
- Nothing to own — that is the point. You hold the baseline, the weekly reports, and the operating record. If you convert, the service continues on the Year-1 price agreed before Day 1.
- Who carries the risk if the robot stops?
- We do. Operation, maintenance, teleoperation support, insurance, and uptime logging are ours. Uptime is reported weekly, against the pass/fail you signed.
- Why not just buy a robot from the manufacturer?
- Because buying a machine leaves you with the part that was actually hard: selecting it, deploying it, staffing it, insuring it, maintaining it, and proving its work — for a shift you already cannot staff. We sell that whole layer, operated.
- What does it cost?
- The pilot is a flat fee, fixed and capped, priced as scheduled hours at about fifteen dollars an hour. The Year-1 price is agreed in writing before Day 1.
The baseline, the pass/fail, and the written exit are in the contract before Day 1.
